Ugghhh OH NO I failed the test................

Oh no.... I got my results back today and I failed the 1 hour glucose test. I have to go Monday to do the three hour test..... Yippeee... so much fun.......NOT........

Testing Day........

So I woke up early today to get my glucose test and full blood work up done today. With a few interruptions I was finally able to make it to the blood draw lab at 10:45. What a long process. I had to wait to be checked in then wait for them to call me. I had to drink this nasty sweet orange drink and wait for an hour. I finished up at 12:30. I pray that everything comes back normal because I so do not want to do the 3 hour test.

Loretta Had her little Emmie 8lbs 11 oz 19 1/2'

Big Congrats to Loretta and Randy who welcomed their first baby into the world today February 18, 2010. She was a big one who required a C Section. Loretta was all set for a natural birth and was given the news last week that she would be having the C section this week. She went to the hospital at 5 AM and in to surgery at 7:30 AM. 220 minutes later baby Emersen Christine Poling arrived into this world weight in at 8lbs 11 oz and 19 1/2 inches long. She came out perfect. She is beautiful with a full head of hair. All of Emmie's family was there to welcome her. Her YaYa was there to spoil her and both of her grandpa's to love her and all of her aunts and uncles were there to celebrate her birthday.

New Blog For A New Life

My sister-in-law has been doing this for a few years now. I love checking her blog to see how my nephews are doing. It is a great way to see weekly activities and see how much they are growing. I figured that it would be a great idea to start one of my own so that my family and friends can watch Our "McBaby" grow up.

As you all know I Mark & I have been married for over 11 years and when we returned from vacation to North Carolina and a cruise to Cozumel we found out on September 22, 2009 that we were expecting our first child.

On December 22, 2009 I had an ultrasound for the anatomy and I had the tech place the gender in an envelope. On Christmas morning with both set of grandparents at our house Mark opened the envelope which gave us the great news that we were expecting a BABY GIRL. Her due date has changed a few times but we are looking at May 24, 2010.
